Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead AI/ML Engineer with 5+ years of experience to architect, lead, and scale AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives across the organization. This role requires strong technical leadership, solution architecture expertise, and hands-on experience with production-grade AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AI/ML and GenAI solution design and implementation
- Architect scalable ML systems and data pipelines
- Design enterprise GenAI applications leveraging GPT-4, Claude 3, and open-source LLMs
- Define and implement RAG architectures and multi-agent systems
- Lead fine-tuning strategies and LLM evaluation frameworks
- Oversee deployment on Amazon Web Services.
- Establish MLOps best practices and CI/CD standards
- Mentor and manage AI/ML engineers
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into AI solutions
- Ensure Responsible AI practices and compliance standards
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
- Proven experience leading AI/ML teams
- Deep understanding of LLM architectures and transformer models
- Experience with distributed training and model optimization
- Strong knowledge of data engineering and scalable system design
- Experience with vector databases and embeddings
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architecture,AWS.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building enterprise-scale GenAI platforms
- Knowledge of MLOps frameworks and model governance
- Experience in regulated industries (FinTech, HealthTech, etc.)
- Publications or patents in AI/ML (optional but valued)
Education
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related discipline
