Technical Program Lead


Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand (on-site at a University, with travel to CloudThat offices as required)

1. Role Summary

CloudThat is seeking an on-ground Technical Programme Manager to own the end-to-end execution of cloud, AI and technology learning programmes within a university environment.
The role sits at the intersection of technical facilitation, programme management, learner engagement and stakeholder management. The individual will drive adoption and engagement across digital learning platforms, classroom programmes, certification initiatives, workshops, bootcamps and other technology enablement initiatives.
The role will work closely with cloud technology partners, university stakeholders, learners, faculty and internal CloudThat teams to ensure smooth programme execution, measurable learner outcomes and a positive stakeholder experience.
Success in this role will be measured through learner engagement, programme adoption, participation and completion, learning outcomes, certification progression, stakeholder satisfaction and overall programme success.

2. Scope of Responsibilities
    • Act as the primary on-ground programme facilitator and coordinator for CloudThat’s technology learning initiatives at the university.
    • Drive awareness, enrolment, participation and sustained engagement across cloud, AI and other technology learning programmes.
    • Facilitate selected foundational learning sessions, workshops, bootcamps and learner activities in alignment with the agreed programme plan.
    • Support the adoption and effective utilisation of digital learning platforms, LMS environments, cloud learning resources and other technology-enabled learning solutions.
    • Coordinate with technology partners, university stakeholders and CloudThat teams to ensure smooth execution, communication and issue resolution.
    • Plan and coordinate learner cohorts, workshops, certification preparation sessions, bootcamps and other academic/industry engagement activities.
    • Track programme metrics such as enrolment, activation, participation, completion, learner engagement, certification progress and feedback.
    • Prepare periodic programme reports, dashboards and status updates for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Gather learner and faculty feedback, identify operational challenges and drive appropriate corrective actions.
    • Work closely with faculty and university teams to identify opportunities for improving learner participation and programme outcomes.
    • Support new technology initiatives and pilots introduced by CloudThat or its technology partners.
    • Represent CloudThat professionally and act as a trusted bridge between technology partners, university stakeholders and CloudThat.

4. Required Qualifications
Education
B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline. An MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.

Experience
    • 2–4 years of experience in technical training delivery, EdTech programme management, campus engagement, learning programme management or technology enablement.
    • Demonstrated experience managing programmes end-to-end with external stakeholders.
    • Experience working with students, faculty, corporate stakeholders or technology partners.
    • Experience managing defined programme targets, engagement metrics or adoption goals.
Technical
    • Working knowledge of cloud computing fundamentals, including compute, storage, networking, IAM/security and databases.
    • Basic understanding of AI/ML and emerging technology concepts is preferred.
    • Cloud certification such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or equivalent cloud certification is preferred.
    • Familiarity with digital learning platforms, LMS environments, cloud learning platforms or technology-enabled learning ecosystems.
    • Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards and programme reporting.
    • Ability to facilitate technical learning sessions and respond to basic learner queries.
Behavioural

    • Ability to independently manage a programme at a university location.
    • Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset.

5. Preferred Qualifications

    • Prior experience working with engineering colleges or universities.
    • Experience in cloud, AI, EdTech, technology training or digital learning programmes.
    • Experience working with technology companies, cloud service providers or learning partners.
    • Experience managing learner cohorts, campus communities, bootcamps or certification programmes.
    • Existing base in, or willingness to relocate permanently to, Dehradun.
    • Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud or other major cloud platforms.
