About the Role: We’re looking for a motivated Social Media Executive to join our dynamic Marketing Team. You will be responsible for driving follower growth, engagement, and lead generation through impactful social media strategies. This role involves conceptualizing and executing campaigns that convert audiences into Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), managing the brand’s online reputation through proactive and strategic communication, and leveraging influencer-led initiatives to reach relevant audiences. The candidate will also focus on boosting organic registrations for training sessions, collaborating with the tech team to produce value-driven content, and creating thought-leadership pieces to strengthen the brand’s presence across industries.
 
Key Responsibilities:
·      Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation goals.
·      Create, curate, and manage high-quality, on-brand content across all social platforms.
·      Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and measurable ROI.
·      Identify, collaborate with, and manage influencers to amplify brand reach.
·      Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, using insights for continuous improvement.
·      Engage with the online community to foster relationships and manage brand reputation.
·      Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.
·      Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
·      Apply a strong design sense to ensure visual consistency and appeal across content.
 
Requirements:
·      2+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
·      Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics), and campaign management.
·      Proven ability to create engaging content and run result-driven campaigns.
·      Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
·      Bachelor’s/master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
 
Good to Have:
·      Experience in B2B marketing, technology, or training industries.
·      Certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategy, or related fields (e.g., HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, Google Digital Garage).
·      Exposure to influencer marketing, video content creation, or SEO.
