About the Role: We’re looking for a motivated SEO Executive to join our dynamic Marketing team. In this role, you will drive organic growth by executing effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
You’ll work closely with content, design, and development teams to enhance website visibility, search rankings, and user experience. The role also includes regular tracking and reporting of SEO
performance using tools like GA4, SEMrush, and Search Console. Your insights will help optimize campaigns and improve overall digital performance. This is a high-impact role with clear visibility across marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibility:
- Plan, implement, and manage SEO strategies (on-page and off-page).
- Perform detailed keyword research to guide content teams.
- Conduct regular technical audits and implement SEO fixes.
- Optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages for search engines.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and SEO performance.
- Collaborate with content writers, developers, and designers to improve UX and crawlability.
- Stay current with the latest trends and changes in SEO, search engine algorithms, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
Must Have:
- 2–4 years of proven SEO experience across technical, on-page, and off-page optimization.
- Strong proficiency in SEO tools including Google Search Console, GA4 (Google Analytics 4), SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and other relevant platforms.
- Experience with CMS platforms, especially WordPress; familiarity with others is a plus.
- Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML/CSS, canonical tags, schema markup, robots.txt, sitemaps, and indexing best practices.
- Ability to create and present SEO reports using PowerPoint or similar tools, showcasing performance metrics, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Skilled in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate complex SEO data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving SEO challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
Good to Have:
- Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and performance optimization techniques (e.g., page speed, mobile usability, lazy loading).
- Experience with international SEO, including hreflang tags, geo-targeting, and multilingual content strategies.
- Proficiency with MS Excel & data visualization tools like Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio), Tableau, or Power BI for SEO reporting.
- Certification on SEO/Digital Marketing or related field.
