About the Role: The Training Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of training programs. This role involves coordinating logistics, managing virtual and in-person training setups, and maintaining high standards of delivery through audits and feedback analysis. The specialist collaborates with trainers, stakeholders, and internal teams to support the end-to-end training lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up virtual training links.
  • Check training quality and standards.
  • Collect and share training feedback.
  • Coordinate with trainers and teams.
  • Manage training calendar and schedule.
  • Maintain training reports.
  • Support other training-related tasks.

Requirements-(Must Have):
  • 3-6 Years of prior experience in training coordination or administrative support.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, data handling), Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Able to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative.
  • Any Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.

Good to Have:

  • Prior experience in training coordination or administrative support.
  • Familiarity with virtual learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, WebEx, MS Teams).
  • Experience with feedback collection tools (e.g., Forms, SurveyMonkey).
  • Basic data analysis or reporting skills.
  • Exposure to Learning & Development or HR functions.
