About the Role: We are seeking a high-performing Senior Account Manager to manage and scale training business initiatives for our newly onboarded partners. The primary focus will be driving training engagements, ensuring delivery success, and nurturing long-term growth through these partnerships. 

Key Responsibilities: 
•        Manage and grow training business for new strategic partners (e.g., Oracle) 
•        Own the end-to-end lifecycle of training engagements: from opportunity identification to delivery and feedback 
•        Work closely with partner and internal teams to customize training offerings aligned to client needs 
•        Develop account plans, track training schedules, and monitor delivery milestones 
•        Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution throughout the training cycle 
•        Generate insights and reports to evaluate program effectiveness and identify improvement areas 
•        Act as the single point of contact for assigned partner training programs and related client communications 
•        Achieve the defined training revenue and delivery targets aligned with each partner 
Requirements:
•        Proven experience in managing enterprise training programs or B2B service delivery.
•        Strong client engagement, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
•        Background in Edtech Corporate Sales, consulting, or cloud-focused services is a strong plus.
•        Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking ability. 
•        Strategic mindset with attention to quality and outcomes.
